I’ve been fortunate to spend most of my career practicing in mountain communities, including the Mount Washington Valley, Coos County, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Life in these communities demands strength and resilience—not only for recreation, but also for everyday tasks like shoveling snow, stacking firewood, caring for a home through all four seasons, or simply navigating life in a rugged environment. Whether your goal is returning to skiing after an injury, tending to your garden, or confidently meeting the everyday demands of mountain living, my focus is helping you build the strength, mobility, and resilience to thrive.
My perspective as a clinician was profoundly shaped by my own traumatic ski injury and reconstructive knee surgery. Experiencing rehabilitation from the patient’s side deepened my appreciation for the physical and emotional challenges of recovery and reinforced my commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care that helps people confidently return to the lives they love. -
I have extensive experience working with people of all ages, from toddlers to retirees, for a wide range of physical therapy and wellness needs.

When I’m not at Mountain Movement, you’ll find me moving in the Mountains! I enjoy trail running, hiking, splitboarding, mountain biking, and gravel biking.
I also enjoy gardening, learning new crafts, spending time with friends, and cooling off at one of the Valley’s swimming holes.
Our mountain community is incredibly important to me, and I’m proud to serve as Chairwoman of the Mount Washington Avalanche Center Foundation.
I am a physical therapist with over 15 years of experience across a broad range of clinical settings. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy and completed advanced fellowship training in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, one of the highest levels of post-professional clinical training in orthopedic physical therapy.
I have experience working with patients from all backgrounds, and have enjoyed treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. I have a particular interest and focus in post-operative rehabilitation, ACL recovery, concussion management, and return-to-sport rehabilitation for runners, alpine skiers, and nordic skiers.
